Loved our overnight stay. The security guard/driver who picked us up in the shuttle was super helpful. The airport shuttle service is very efficient. The rooms are big. The pool is fantastic. Great coffee. All the staff are happy and helpful. Recommend a stay when transiting between flights.
This hotel really surprised us! The reception, gardens, pools and spas are incredible! The cafe, the bar, the open air dining area - stunning! We only stayed one night after flying in late. It was perfect for weary travellers. The room we got wasn’t anything fancy but it was clean, tidy and everything we needed. Our kids LOVED the pool. There’s a kids splash park, a beautiful spa, and cabanas for the adults. We wish we stayed longer now! Especially now we know they have 2 bedroom apartments! The young girl at the cafe was also so friendly, and made beautiful coffee. Would highly recommend ending a busy holiday here for a few nights before you fly back home to reality, and a night or 2 here if you’re flying in late.
Walking distance from the airport even the provide free shuttle bus service. As Accor Platinum guest, I got a nice room upgrade. But the sofa has many many many tiny cockroaches, lucky I got a big two bedroom so I still manage to sleep in a clean room. Staff are very attentive, welcome gifts are great. Great value for the stay with AMAZING facilities!
