With a group of 38 adults and children we stayed at four different hotels while visiting different cities. We had booked on short notice and this hotel handled our booking super efficiently and had all our needs looked after in record time. For groups it's very helpful to have standardized rooms to avoid complaints about who got what. While the rooms provided everything needed and with comfort, this review mostly serves to point out the ever so friendly and helpful staff (this doesn't go for the night staff who did their jobs as could be expected), who communicated with their colleagues most productively and saw to it that a solution for any problem was found and executed quickly. The rooms were more comfortable than others we stayed at and the experience with the staff was above and beyond anything before and after during our trip. Thank you for your hospitality.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt warm and welcoming. The room was stylish, spotless and comfortable, and when we had an issue with the vault, the staff immediately offered a new room without hesitation. Their kindness and flexibility made all the difference—such thoughtful service is rare to find! Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and quality!
We payed almost 300 EUR per Night with breakfast for 3 person and 25€ for one day parking. As we did a check in, which was automated via terminal we had noticed that there were dirty cups in our room, which probably wasn’t changed after previous visitors. Despite the fact that we were traveling with our 6 year old daughter they haven’t put any bedclothes for the couch, where our daughter was going to sleep. After a call to a reception a very unfriendly women said she will send us 3 clean mugs and bedclothes, because I mentioned that we booked a room for three persons. After we left the hotel and come back in the evening we still had those dirty cups and no bed lining on the room. Another call to reception: unfriendly women told us, that they already brought us what we asked for and it must be in the room. I told her our room number again and it was already 21:30 o’clock, we could not put our daughter to sleep without bedclothes. So my husband went to reception and took clean mugs from the receptionist by himself. After a while we hear voices in the the corridor - it was the housemaid bringing the stuff we asked for to the wrong room, just near us. We let her in our room. She was not friendly as well, we felt as we were asking for a big favor paying almost 300 EUR per night! There was no bathrobes and even no sleepers in the room - the hotel stuff explained to us, that slippers are not provided for our room category… Breakfast: not tasty. Pancakes felt like plastic toy food, we could not cut them with the knife so hard they were. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially families with kids.
