Novotel Dijon Sud

The hotel has a pool but it closes at 21:00. If you arrive late because you are travelling you cant make use of it. Same for the tiny fitness area, opens at 09:00 in the morning only. No elevators in the hotel amd old flooring and furniture in rooms.

So basically i ordered the tomato pasta and it was worse than my school food i had at primary school and secondary school. Don’t get tomato pasta.But i enjoyed the pool. Thankyou

I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. The management at Novatel is clearly cutting corners, starting with not turning on the air conditioning. We were literally suffocating from the unbearable heat — there was no air to breathe, neither in the room nor in the restaurant. And it’s only April. I can’t imagine how horrible it must be in the summer. The mattress was completely crooked — my head sank down at a 30-degree angle, like sleeping on a broken slide. Getting any rest was impossible. I woke up feeling like I’d slept in the trunk of a car. The restaurant? 1 out of 100. They served a wooden, tasteless piece of ground meat I couldn’t even bring myself to eat. Breakfast? Don’t expect anything beyond dry cereal — literally nothing else worth mentioning. This is, hands down, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Terrible sleep, horrible food, completely disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs.
