I stayed at the hotel for three days and had a really good experience. The staff were all friendly and polite, which made a big difference. I want to give a special shoutout to Deepak — he was especially helpful and always had a warm, professional attitude. It was really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place had a very positive and welcoming vibe. Overall, I felt relaxed and well taken care of during my stay. It's a new hotel, the rooms and hotel give you that good vibe feeling. Pros 1. Good service, we were informed and provided a room upgrade at a reasonable rate. 2. Service was good. 3. A super market is just below the hotel helps you get juices, fruits and mainly water. 4. Breakfast spread is good caters to multiple nationalities. You will find something you like. 5. Room service was good the food we ordered came in the said time and was fresh and hot. Cons. 1. Two 500 ml of water was given(we booked for triple occupancy). 2. They provide soap, sampoo etc but no dental kit or utility kit as a 4 star it is expected Overall: It is a very good option at a very reasonable rate. Would recommend this instead of old hotels in Deira
