Excellent hotel near Edinburgh city center. Room was very comfortable, we had a good night. The breakfast was awesome! Alex, at the reception, was very friendly! The hotel is located near the tram station (5 min walk) and then 20 min ride to the city center. I recommend it!
Every time we go to this hotel it's like being at home or better. They have always helped us with everything and have been very friendly and professional. In this last stay, Manuel (receptionist) has been very kind and above all a great professional, he has managed our doubts in a very efficient way and with an unequalled friendly treatment. It has been as always a fantastic stay, the facilities and service have been perfect. Thank you very much for everything.
We stayed only 1 night but it has been great. The hotel is in a super location, just 3 min walks from the tram stop and at 10 min from city center. The room are nice and the beds are very comfortable. The whole hotel is kept well, cleaned continuously and smell good. Breakfast is ok can be definitely improved. Manuel at the reception has been extremely helpful professional and nice, well done! All the rest of the staff also very friendly and nice. The gym, the pool and all the spa facilities really nice and open until 10 pm! We had a great stay! Thank you. Valentina and Cynthia
