Novotel Geneve Centre

My room was clean and spacious and the hotel is close to the lake, but mainly I want to review the excellent breakfast. I travel a great deal as a flight attendant and, for me, this is one of the best buffets around. A wide choice of lovely food and drink. I ate far too much but don’t regret it! The staff are charming and professional (thank you Betsy!). I look forward to my next stay.

An outstanding experience thanks to our waiter I want to especially thank and praise our waiter, a fellow Latin American from Bolivia, who was exceptionally polite, attentive, and truly worldly in his manner. He made our visit memorable. His professionalism and experience really stand out: he knows how to make recommendations, serve with genuine warmth, and handle any detail quickly and gracefully. It’s a pleasure to meet people like him—proud of his roots and at the same time able to deliver service of the highest standard to anyone.

Our stay at this property was exceptionally enjoyable. The accommodations were both comfortable and contemporary. The overall ambiance of the property exuded an upscale and professional modern aesthetic. Jade provided exceptional care and attention to our needs during our visit.
