Very basic hotel, just for those who are looking for a sleep. Only 2 elevators for this high building hotel and the day that I was there the one of the elevators were broken. I had to wait minimum 10 minutes to be able to use it. They didn't provide iron and board in the rooms their is a common one next to the reception. I'm a business traveller and this is important to me. I had to wait again for my turn to use the iron for about 25 minutes, holding my clothes and walking around the lobby. This hotel is not up to the Novotel standards
Very friendly receptionist. Parking is extremly narrow, nearly not enough space even for average sized car. Room has Netflix, Amazon Prime, ... but it does not work. There is a possibility to load an EV, but you have to install an app on your smartphone. There is a pool. But it ist very small and extremly noisy (traffic noise from the street)
Hotel does not meet any cleaning basics. Rooms are no smoking, but guests does not respect it, so, they smells realy bad. The bed clothes were dirty and we could not change them due to insuficient number of employees to support us.
