Novotel Genève Airport France

Nice service, helpful staff . The shuttle bus driver was very helpful. Stayed for a night but overall it was good experience. I guess the room was not very well cleaned after the previous guest left the hotel because I found hairs on the linens, garbage in bins and toilet with poop of previous guest 🥱. Location near Geneva airport , at French border, need a car or shuttle service to commute.

It was OK for a stop over, room big tidy and clean. Evening receptionist not very welcomong or helpful, asked about anywhere to eat/drink, she said none, but found a great late tapas bar Sbeer, just 200 yards away. Morning / breakfast team much more friendly. Warning:: if you come to/from the French sector of Geneva Airport the taxis rip you for at least 35 euros for a 10 min ride

It's not too far away from the airport, but we needed to wait for ages for the transfer that's part of the hotel. I'm not sure if it was because of the traffic. Rooms are a good size & so was the breakfast. There are no lifts to the rooms, so just be away if you struggle to get upstairs or have heavy bags.
