We had a good family vacation at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa.. The resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was a little small but otherwise clean, and well-equipped. The swimming pool was quite unique almost half of it under a big tree. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Food Exchange, which had a wide spread of delicious Indian and continental options. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and courteous, always making sure our needs were met with a smile.
