Perfect stopover as we travelled between Spain and Switzerland. They have someone on the desk all night - which was very welcome given we checked in our family at almost midnight! Secure parking, good family room and a fantastic breakfast (outside in the gardens next to the pool and with a view of the Alps. Super value too as kids are free!

Hotel is good, some rooms have been renovated, and it makes a big difference!! It’s now an updated design, comfortable, bathroom is modern and also more comfortable. Breakfast is at standard Novotel level. Staff is nice

A hotel where hospitality and service are far-fetched. So don't expect a warm welcome. My first impressions was very bad and this is lightly described. A serious lack of professionalism. The hotel staff (Receptionist) tried to collect a deposit for "possible" use of breakfast or the restaurant at our arrival. When we refused, the Receptionist reacted in an insistent and rude manner, claiming this was policy. The hotel Manager had also a huge lack of acknowledgement during this unpleasant check-in process what made it even worse. Feedback is clearly not welcome at all. A completely negative way of dealing with guests, also unpolite and unprofessional, doesn't listen, and constantly interrupts. Our complaint was dismissed with a guide and basic information while the situation was being explained. Paying attention to the needs of your guests and being attentive is essential. I recommend this Novotel location to train their staff as soon as possible! See picture same issue in duth explain also. It seems that they don't learn.
