Novotel Guwahati GS Road Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Guwahati and was thoroughly impressed with the high standard of security maintained throughout the property. From the moment of arrival, the security personnel were professional, attentive, and courteous. The entry checks were conducted efficiently without being intrusive, and the security staff was always present yet discreet, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. I also noticed regular patrolling and well-coordinated security protocols that added an extra layer of reassurance. Their proactive approach, combined with their polite behavior, truly reflects Novotel’s commitment to guest safety. I would like to thank the entire security team for their vigilance and professionalism, which made my stay feel secure and worry-free.

Stayed overnight in Novotel while passing through Guwahati. Hotel is located at a convenient distance from NH 27. The checkin was smooth and rooms allocated quickly. Valet parked the car safely in the basement. Rooms were extremely clean and all utilities fully functional. Breakfast spread was good and there were sufficient tables to accommodate the guests. The staff behaviour was courteous and helpful. Overall an excellent stay and would look forward to stay again, if an opportunity comes up.

I stayed here for 2days and had a really nice experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained. I was impressed with the attention to detail. The hotel's housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping my room clean and tidy throughout my stay.The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I'll definitely be back.
