Novotel Hamburg Central Station

We had an excellent stay at the newly built Novotel near Hamburg’s central train station. From start to finish, everything about this hotel impressed us—from the modern design and cleanliness to the efficient service and unbeatable location. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with a fresh, contemporary feel throughout the property. Our room was bright, well-designed, and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring the city. We especially appreciated the in-room coffee machine, which was a thoughtful touch and a great way to start the mornings. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the friendly and professional front desk staff. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and helpful, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (the central station), making it very convenient for arriving by train or accessing public transport. Many of the city’s main attractions, shopping streets, and dining options are also within easy walking distance. Overall, Novotel Hamburg near the train station exceeded our expectations. It’s a perfect choice for travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience in the heart of the city. We would happily stay here again!

He greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming demeanor that truly reflects the hotel’s excellent standards. He was very helpful, made the check-in process smooth and quick, and answered all my questions patiently. Mohammed’s behavior reflects true hospitality and made my stay at the hotel more comfortable and pleasant. I wish him continued success and thank the hotel management for choosing staff with such admirable ethics and professionalism.

Located right either at the heart of Hamburg but also at the central stations for perfect connect ability to SBahn and UBahn (and trains of course). The hotel is still very new and recently opened only. Nice breakfast and restaurant for easy snacks for dinner - convenient while not only travelling with family as I did.
