Good location, helpful staff. Clean hotelroom and nice to have bith bathtub and shower seperately. Kids loved that they have a PlayStation in the lobby. A guest made noise late at night, and multiple guests complained about it. The staff handled it fast and professionally. 👍

We’ve been visiting this hotel regularly over the years, and we truly love it – not least because of the warm atmosphere and the friendly staff we've encountered in the past. We were offered the option of online check-in, but declined it. We believe in the value of personal interaction – a warm, human welcome simply can’t be replaced by even the smartest digital solution. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the receptionist's attitude. There was no greeting, no smile, no eye contact – a truly shocking experience. She seemed uninterested and disengaged, as if she didn’t enjoy her job at all. It made us wonder: why even bother working in hospitality? We returned a week later to give the place a second chance, only to encounter the same receptionist and the same lack of friendliness. This saddens us, as we’ve been loyal guests since 2016. Even with the new cost-saving option of online check-in, we deliberately chose the human interaction – because we care about the people behind the counter. Sadly, it feels like that care isn’t being returned. Of course, we will continue to come back, as we’ve had many great experiences here. But next time, we’ll choose online check-in – not out of preference, but to avoid the unfriendly reception.

This is the second time I've had a bad experience with the hygiene in this hotel. Last time, there were dirt stains on the toilet seat and around the bathroom sink. This time, I found feces on my showerhead. This will be my last bad experience with this hotel, as I will never return. To be fair, location, the breakfast and overall service are good, but the former issue remains deeply troubling and completely unacceptable.
