This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. As I was traveling alone for business, the room size was just right, and the bed was a king-size, which made sleeping extremely comfortable for me. The facilities were excellent, the swimming pool was very large, and the gym and massage services were top-notch. What I valued most was the breakfast. As you can see from the photos, there was a wide variety of options: Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese noodles, rice, bread, fruits, juices, milk...all kinds of food were available. During my busy work trip, I was able to get plenty of rest and sleep, and I truly appreciate this hotel. I highly recommend it!
The room is very clean and the location was perfect. I will definitively recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Hanoi. Most importantly the bathroom and the restroom is equipped with warn temperature system. I also have A 360 degree of the city from room. Nice Hotel.
We had a nice, cozy stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped — having a small kitchen, washing machine, and cutlery was a big plus, especially for longer stays. We were also given early check-in, which we really appreciated. Spa was not upto the mark, even though we were given 30 minutes free coupons for 2 of us, but the spa staff and services were not to the Novotel level. Breakfast was reasonably good and included some Indian options in the buffet, though the taste could be improved a bit. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful throughout, adding to the positive experience. The only downside was the location — the hotel is quite far from the Old Quarters area, which is where most tours begin. This meant we had to take a cab daily for our excursions. Overall, a great stay with thoughtful amenities and friendly service — just be prepared for a bit of travel if your plans revolve around the Old Quarters.
