Novotel Hong Kong Citygate

Mark at the front desk was incredibly helpful. We had a reservation, but then came a day early because of an incoming typhoon. Location was perfect because everything shut down due to T10 typhoon warning, but being in the hotel connected to the mall was so helpful! Room we got was a little dated. But it was very spacious. Highly recommend this location especially being near the airport. We had an early flight and the free airport shuttle was so fast! We had adjoining rooms for us and our kids. Very convenient.

I am very thankful your on duty hotel manager Mr. Daniel for his kind assistance. The hotel is very nice. My son and I are very satisfied. But one thing I noticed was our room did not have enough USB outlets for charging our electronic gadgets at the same time. Nevertheless, everything is perfect. Hotel provides shuttle bus to bring us to airport. The concierge personnel are kind and helpful too. We will definitely stay in this hotel in our future trip to Hong Kong if we would like to shop again at the outlets.

One of my fave hotel! 👏👌 Excellent customer service from the time of our check in until our free drop off to the airport. Kudos to the staff especially Ms. Grima for the fast and efficient service. Very Good location, accessible to the mall and also few minutes away from Disneyland. Highly recommendable especially travelling with children. Surely we will come back ❤️🙏👏👌
