Novotel Istanbul Bomonti

We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed a peaceful environment in an excellent location. The hotel is ideally situated, close to other hotels, which makes it easy to get a taxi. The nearest metro station is about a 20-minute walk away, which makes public transportation accessible. The staff were very friendly and respectful throughout our stay. We felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated. We would like to thank the entire team for their professionalism and warm hospitality. Housekeeping (Feride hanm) kept our room clean and comfortable during the visit — especial thanks to housekeeping team for maintaining a pleasant services. Overall, we feel we made the right choice for our trip, and we would be happy to return when the time comes.

My husband and I stayed at the Novotel hotel during a business trip, and we were absolutely delighted. The first thing that catches your eye is the incredibly stylish and modern rooms. The design is thoughtfully executed, with sleek lines, pleasant colors, and well-planned lighting that create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Everything looks aesthetically pleasing and harmonious, making you want to spend more time in the room. The hotel staff impressed us with their politeness and attention to detail. Great service, nice people, comfortable rooms, good breakfasts. SPA. GYM. The shower drain was clogged, but a repairman came and fixed it at my request, but the water was still stagnant. The last night there was a smell of something burning in the room. It would be nice to see seafood in the buffet and extend gym facilities, it's small. Everything else is great. Amin been very helpful and supportive, deliver my bags well, explain the facilities and translate aircon, recommended places to visit in Istanbul.
