Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu

Upon arrival, I noticed the hotel was very clean and very modern. The check-in process was very smooth. The customer agent was very helpful. Well spoken making the check in process smooth and quick. I stayed in a standard room with two twin beds one for me and one for my daughter again the hotel room was very clean and had a beautiful marina view overlooking the pool. Breakfast was included for my seven days day at the hotel and the staff were very polite and very professional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody.

Stayed here as part of a Trafalgar tour and had a great experience. The staff is friendly and speaks English well, which made everything easy. The hotel is very clean, and the pool area is excellent—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Our room had two separate bathrooms—one with a shower 🚿 and one with a toilet 🚽—which was really convenient for traveling as a family. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel itself is quiet, offering a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The onsite restaurant was also very good—great service and quality food. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Istanbul on my own.

Many thanks to Ms. Dumla! Her attitude was absolutely wonderful. She was very polite, helpful, and talkative in a lovely way. She answered all our questions with patience and a warm smile. She paid attention to every detail and truly made an effort to understand our needs. Thanks to her, we felt very comfortable and special. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and professional at the same time. She was definitely one of the highlights of our experience at the hotel. We hope to meet her again next time we visit! 💖
