Great environment for families. The hotel’s structure is great but the best thing about it are the services for the kids. I’ve got a couple of them and the structure was awesome
This is my second time staying at the Novotel in Itu for Tomorrowland, and I plan on returning next year. The staff is always friendly, and the location is perfect for the festival. The amenities are great, and a big shout-out to the housekeeping team for keeping our rooms spotless while we were out at the festival. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience both times.
The hotel has excellent infrastructure, providing great facilities and a comfortable environment. However, the overall customer experience could be improved, particularly in staff service. During check-in, the receptionist did not provide an overview of the hotel and its services, including essential details like dining hours. Additionally, the breakfast service would benefit from a more attentive and kind approach from the staff. Enhancing these aspects would make the stay even more enjoyable and welcoming for guests
