Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The first thing I noticed was the exceptional cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was also very clean, with no signs of crust or stubborn stains. They also provided complete and quality toiletries. In addition, the public areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and breakfast area, were also kept clean. I was very impressed with the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and I will definitely be back again.

It was a nice experience for me to stay here. Even though the location is quite far, it’s still easy to access public transportation. The room was great with a nice view, and the food was delicious as well. The service was excellent — thank you, Kak Marsha, for looking after me; your service was amazing. I’ll definitely come back someday!

This hotel is quite old, and its rooms reflect that. Some rooms lack hot water, while others don't have air conditioning or have dirty sofas. Additionally, there is no Wi-Fi in some areas. Even the newest room, which has a nice carpet, has an air conditioning unit that isn't functioning properly. It seems the hotel has serious systemic issues and could benefit from new management to address these problems. It's disappointing to see this, considering it is part of the Accor Group.
