I had a wonderful experience at Novotel Kinshasa. The reception was warm and welcoming, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The service throughout was attentive, friendly, and efficient. Airport transfer service was also well-organized, punctual, and hassle-free. A special thank you to Shedime, Sarah and Ruth (café) together with their management team for outstanding hospitality. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay made a difference. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Novotel Kinshasa is hands-down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in outside South Africa. The rooms are luxurious, posh, and impeccably designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The rooftop pool area is a highlight, with stunning views of the Congo River that make for an unforgettable experience. The hotel also boasts a fantastic restaurant with the same breathtaking river views, perfect for a meal outdoors. For those preferring an indoor setting, there’s another excellent restaurant inside. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes. Highly recommend Novotel Kinshasa for a top-tier stay in the city!
