Novotel Kochi Infopark

My Experience at Novotel hotel was wonderful. Especially the rooms, staff behaviour was very good and passionate. Front Desk Salomi and pragati are really very helpful. I want to mention about the hotel restaurant Square..everyone there are so kind ..they love to do their duties and serve u food. Food quality and variety is very good. Thanks Novotel for a wonderful stay.

Had a good time at Novotel Kochi. Was upgraded to Suite, it was very spacious. Square restaurant is well maintained and food is tasty. Gayathri and subhashini made sure it was a pleasant experience. Menu for vegetarians can be improved. Overall it was a good experience would recommend to others

We have recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant overall experience. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and truly deserving of the five-star rating. The staff were very courteous, helpful, and professional, making the stay comfortable and welcoming. They did a small cake for our anniversary and it made our day so special. However, the response to amenity requests was bit average – there were delay and follow-ups were needed. This was unexpected for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, the food was quite normal – nothing particularly memorable, and it didn’t quite match the premium expectations. We were on half board. The breakfast and dinner buffet offerings were almost same on both nights. Overall, a great stay with exceptional rooms and staff, but there's room for improvement in amenity service and food quality to fully live up to the five-star promise.
