Novotel Konya

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to key attractions and easy to get around. I also appreciated the breakfast options each morning, which were fresh and had something for everyone.

One of the loveliest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I was on a 3-day business trip in Konya and chose to stay at Novotel and it turned out to be the perfect decision. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the wonderful team. The reception staff spoke English fluently, were incredibly kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself is cozy and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a great location close to downtown. Getting a taxi to and from the hotel was effortless, making my stay even more convenient. What truly made the difference, though, was the atmosphere, so warm and inviting, thanks to the amazing staff who were always smiling and attentive. When I asked for drinking water in the lobby, they immediately brought it over with genuine kindness. A special shoutout to the kitchen team, especially Berfin, a lovely waiter, and Emir, an intern who was so eager to help. Even late at night, when I wanted to warm up my food and asked for a plate of plain rice, they went out of their way to assist me with such warmth and care. It’s these little gestures that made my stay feel so memorable. I truly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, it’s a place where you’ll feel well taken care of from start to finish.
