Wow - what can I say! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! My dad and I stayed for 3 nights with Riviera Travel - and I already want to come back! We had a twin room, which had two king size beds which were so comfortable. Large en-suite bathroom with a good shower. Plenty of room to move about. The food was amazing - freshly cooked, very well presented and just mouth watering. Breakfast in the morning was fab and there was so much choice! The customer service was outstanding in every way - the bar and restaurant staff were so accommodating and very attentive. There were two gentlemen members of staff who were lovely - a lady called Domenica who was so kind. This hotel is brilliant in every way - and we will be back. This was a major holiday for my Dad and I, thank you to all staff at this hotel who made it so memorable :)
Lovely hotel, great central location alongside the Vistula river with views of Wawel. Short walk from main square. Facilities lovely - great pool sauna and gym. There is no rooftop bar though as shown on many of the hotels on Google and hotel booking websites. Great buffet breakfast.
The F&B staff is amazing and they are guest-experience oriented, they were so Nice to me and my mom. I really enjoy to eat there, the food and cocktails were perfect! Thanks à lot to Wojciech, Justyna, Kasia, Paula and Mateo for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely come back ! Rachel
