Novotel Krakow City West

The hotel is very comfortable, with excellent facilities and a convenient location close to the city center. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. I would especially like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the Manager, Sebastian. We had a small issue with the bed mattress, and he resolved it quickly and with great elegance. His attention to detail and care made us feel truly valued as guests.

I stayed at the Novotel in Kraków during a business trip with a larger group of colleagues from our company, and overall, we were very satisfied with the experience. First of all, I want to highlight the very friendly, helpful, and kind staff, who took great care of us throughout our entire stay. A special thanks also goes to the team for their support with the organization of our event – they were extremely accommodating and their approach really helped everything run smoothly. The overall quality of the hotel was very good – the rooms were clean, well-equipped, and although the bed was a bit soft for my personal taste, it was still perfectly fine. The location of the hotel was also convenient and accessible. I also appreciated the on-site parking, which seemed secure – and if I recall correctly, it was even monitored. All in all, the hotel met our expectations, and I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure stays in Kraków.

Great location. Parking ok. Room nice. Like the bed. But sofa for 3rd person almost unbelievable uncomfortable. Bathroom nice too. But large shower without doors means water everywhere (but you might like it) Pool quite small. Full of kids. But spent great time there. Also 2x sauna. That small place called fitness/gym is not worth that name at all. :) Windows definitely not soundproof - early morning traffic will wake you up :( Breakfast really great. But absolutely love the place as there is a large park close by great for running.
