Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre

Well-located with a pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and attentive, including the gentleman at the front door who kindly helped me carry my luggage up (like immediately cause it was heavy) when I was about to enter the hotel, and the security guard who assisted me in bringing it down the stairs after I checked out. The housekeeping staff were also quick to respond!

I’ve stayed at Novotel KL a few times already, and it never disappoints. This trip was even better — I requested connecting rooms and got them, booked the most basic room and got upgraded to the premier floor (pretty sure it’s one of the higher ones). They even left a welcome letter saying “welcome back” — small gesture, but really appreciated. The check-in area has just been renovated — it looks more modern and comfortable now. Not sure if more updates are coming, but so far, it’s already looking great. The hotel’s location is super convenient. It’s just a short walk to Pavilion Mall, with plenty of halal food options at the food court. KL Park isn’t far either — perfect for a stroll or letting the kids play at the free water park. Comfortable stay, friendly staff, and a top location. Definitely recommended for a family trip to KL.

Had a great stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The location is a major highlight — just a short walk to Pavilion shopping mall and connected via a covered pedestrian bridge that makes it easy to get to KLCC. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering good value for the price. Staff were polite and helpful, though service was more on the standard side. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of KL — perfect for both shopping and sightseeing.
