Beautiful hotel, nice building, very nice and modern rooms, very friendly staff, I do not know how you can do better - I will come again, for sure

I arrived in the early morning and a very helpful receptionist helped me with the check-in. Everything went smoothly and I managed to catch a good rest. For the rest of the stay, I found the hotel staff polite and helpful.

As a platinum member, I spent €2k for a half board week. On arrival, room was dirty, it has not been cleaned for a while underneath the sofa bed and the bed… I had to ask a second cleaning. no body lotion, no water in room, not even an empty bottle to fill … hotel was full no possibility to have a better room and no fridge in this room category… annoying for a summer in south of France. Food was good at least but service was slow. More option or a « menu du jour » like lunch could have been added. Swimming pool was nice. Honestly, expensive stay and I would consider other alternatives for next stay.
