I had a fantastic stay here at Novotel Le havre. Staff was so very accomodating and friendly. Highly recommended.
I just stayed here for 2 nights, the staff were very friendly. The only downside is that the parking lot is open and my car was damaged when I was leaving.
Novotel Paris CDG. Bad experience, during check in, the front desk guy charged charged me more money than he should have done. He said it was a deposit but during the check out the front desk staff confirm that it was not a deposit but a full charge on my card. I didn’t get a receipt, which I need, because the case is pending. I just wanted to sleep and leave, now I have to deal with this inconvenience or I ll lose my money.
