I would like to take a moment to compliment one of your outstanding team members, Carla, who works in the breakfast area. Throughout my stay of around ten nights, Carla has been consistently welcoming, professional, and attentive. Even during busy mornings when the breakfast area is full of guests, she remains calm, efficient, and incredibly pleasant. Her ability to work under pressure is impressive. What stood out most to me is that she remembered my regular order and greeted me each morning with a genuine smile. That personal touch made my stay feel more comfortable and special. Carla is a true asset to your team, and I deeply appreciate her hospitality.

The hotel let us check in early even though we didn't have early check in organised so that was very helpful for me and my mom. Great location which is a short walk from the train station. Breakfast was lovely. Something to note is that breakfast can be quite noisy with background music and staff making a lot of noise when re-arranging glasses or re-filling hot food.

Staff were great and courteous and the location was very convenient for both the city and train station. The inside of the hotel looked tired in places and the carpets in the room need a refresh as there are stains in some places. Cleanliness overall was okay but could have been better. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel party because I thought this was expensive for what it was.
