I recently stayed at a hotel in Leicester city center, and I was very impressed. The entire place was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was also lovely, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
As a regular visitor to Leicester Novotel, I cannot recommend them enough. My work takes me there every 6 weeks. The staff are exceptional, the service is exceptional and the food is excellent. As a business, me and my colleagues are always looked after. Nothing is too much trouble. Catering is considerate, attentive and 5 star quality. The location is ideal, close to the city centre with good links to local transport. I would not hesitate to recommend the Leicester Novotel to anyone visiting Leicester for business or pleasure.
Adjoining rooms for the kids and us were great, could do with handles on both sides of the two doors just in case... Service from hotel staff good, they forgot to add the parking to the bill on the check-in but got added the day after....
