Room without table and work chair for a Novotel is unacceptable. In addition, the air conditioning is not working and no soap replacement.
For the hype, I would think the hotel would be better. The room is not that big, executive room has a working table and that’s what makes it executive. We went to get breakfast at 9:40am, it ends at 10:30am and the food was almost gone and they said they would not bring more food. Not what I was expecting for the price.
