Novotel Liverpool Centre

This hotel truly made our trip magical! The room had a spectacular view of the Liverpool Eye, which made waking up each morning such a treat. The location is amazing — you’re so close to Liverpool ONE, which made shopping and dining out incredibly convenient. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us — nothing was too much trouble. We especially loved the pool; it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. From start to finish, we felt so well looked after. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special — we can’t wait to come back!

Booked Novotel recommended by my friend who had previously stayed there. I was up visiting from Portsmouth. The food was so good, compliments to the chef. Rooms were very spacious and clean and I love the design of the carpet. Some special mentions to the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, one of the managers Jay was outstanding, really personable, likeable and enthusiastic. Thomas was also a delight and a girl called abbey I always say I book my hotels based on reviews and pictures however I only will ever return due to the staff! They are what makes the experience special Great location for exploring the city if Liverpool, right in the heart of the centre which I thought was great value for money Loved the complimentary bathroom products, nice quality as I had forgotten my shower gel Would highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back!

It was our first staycation away as a family. Lovely location with all amenities a walking distance (a Home Bargains and other supermarkets and restaurants opposite). The parking at Hanover street was highly convenient and made our trip so much easier - the hotel offer a 30% discount on their website which reduced the price significantly. From reading the reviews before arriving, I then emailed the hotel directly to ask to be away from the building works that were taking place nearby and they accommodated us very well. We were situated on the 11th floor which had beautiful views of the whole city. I also requested a shower rather than a bath in our bathroom as you get either one so it's good to ask ahead so they can make it possible. (The shower pressure was very nice.) Booking the pool was easy and Dave at reception was very helpful and all staff were very accommodating which was appreciated. The room itself was clean and we requested daily turn down service which they were happy to do, when asked. The cons: Toilet is separate to the sink which I think is unhygienic. I can imagine for family's with slightly older children or those who bring a pram for babies, it may be a slightly tight fit. Not a complaint but merely a suggestion, small things such as a beauty/dental kit and slippers etc would have been a lovely touch.
