Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village

Wonderful stay. Stayed here overnight as we went to the Liverpool stadium tour. Attentive and lovely staff all around from reception to restaurant just truly amazing and hospitable. The hotel is located near the knowledge quarter and near the hospital. We took a walk to the city centre which was roughly a 15 minute walk. The hotel is well maintained, clean with all your facilities. We stayed in one of the apartment style rooms which was very convenient as we travelled with kids but had access to a microwave, plates, Cutlery and basic household items. TV had a range of channels which again useful when with children and had a great view facing the V&M museum. They have amenities from Rituals which is amazing as it meant I didn't have to travel with my own. All in all great trip. Wish we were staying longer as Liverpool seems to be such a great place to visit with very friendly and lovely people. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Liverpool, thank you all ever so much again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights stay. Check in was smooth. The girl at the reception was friendly. Modern, clean hotel. Rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities including water. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. A very good selection of breads. Decent bar. And, good cocktails offer.

We only stayed one night but we enjoyed it. The staff was lovely, beds were comfortable and breakfast had everything we needed. Only thing I would point out, which didn’t affect us much as we only stayed a night, is that the storage space is very limited. I could imagine that this would be an issue for longer stays. Overall great experience.
