Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy

Me and my children loved everything about our stay! Fantastic pool, very large and fun, with the water slide being my daughter’s absolute favourite! The breakfast was incredible, with lots of selection of pastry, fresh fruit, variety of mains and freshly made eggs and pancakes on order! The location is just fantastic, two steps away from great massages, shopping centres, BTS and metro trains. Very clean, safe area, with so many things to do! The stuff was really attentive and polite, always helping us with ease and a bright smile! I would definitely recommend it to families, as this place makes Bangkok an extremely kid friendly city!

The accommodation is clean, family-friendly, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around without having to travel too far. It's perfect for a relaxing stay with loved ones! The hotel staff were generally okay, but not as friendly as I expected based on the reviews I'd read. Still, they were helpful and did their job well. We had to request some essential amenities like toothbrushes, which weren't provided in the room. For me, it was just okay, not outstanding, but I'm still giving it 5 stars for this review. Our children absolutely loved it here !

Great room! We had the family room with bunk beds. Perfect size fir all our luggage. Breakfast was good, although was not included in our room rate and was quite expensive for what you get. I would be sure to book a rate that includes breakfast. Traffic in the area of the hotel was congested and crazy, it was the only downside, but not the fault of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
