Novotel Lodz Centrum

A really enjoyable stay. Even though we had two adults and two children in the room we were not cramped. The beds were really comfortable and the sofa bed was the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. The hotel itself was clean, modern and well maintained. The breakfast was good also. The staff were excellent and friendly. The location is excellent, close to transport links, a shopping center and within walking distance ( for us anyway) of attractions.

ore enjoyable by my stay at the Novotel Łódź Centrum. The hotel's central location is a major highlight. Situated so close to shop centers and famous streets it hives an opportunity to explore city by feet. As well, a lot of famous cafés are located near hotel. My room was clean. Hotel provides high-speed Wi-Fi and a mini-bar. I was impressed by the high standard of service. The hotel staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and professional. From the efficient check-in process to the helpful assistance I received throughout my stay, everything was professional

In general - I got nothing to complain. Staff very friendly. The rooms are quiet, big enough and the furniture/design is modern! Breakfast is also fine, but with three specific issues covered, you'll get 10/10 rating next time. 1) I know that polish people like their scrambled eggs more "fluid" - but trust me, the rest of the world don't like this fluid, sloppy condition. Just leave it some minutes more in the pan ;) 2) What's always be part of scrambled eggs? BACON!! Leave the sausage in the fridge and please provide nice crispy bacon to the scrambled eggs. 3) Substitute the juice machine with fresh squeezed orange juice. And voila - 10 out of 10!! :)
