An amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Kate and Denisa gave us such a warm and friendly welcome – we truly felt at home. They were incredibly helpful and kind, making our stay even more special. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious – every detail was thoughtfully arranged. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🌟
This hotel is in a great location. The reception staff were friendly and informative, rooms spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable, I had a good night sleep. I can't fault the breakfast. I will definitely stay again on my next visit. Highly recommended.
We stayed here with our baby and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly courteous, and Kacey in particular stood out — she was so warm and kind with our baby, and her overall service was impeccable. We truly felt welcomed and well cared for. We will definitely be back!
