Great location, very well maintained and clean rooms. Service at it's best with excellence, empathy and friendly. They've good restaurant with lovely cocktails and food, with few weekly specials. Quite safe place with quick walkable access to public places. Lovely spread of breakfast. Parking in the next building basement.
Had a lovely stay, room was modern and clean, bed was slightly too soft for me personally but my wife thought it was great. Breakfast was good, gym was okay and pool area was nice. The sauna wasn't sealed or hot enough for me. Staff were helpful and approachable.
Hotel is one of London's best kept secrets - the executive floor is dead quiet and the rooms perfect size. For the first time here, had drinks and snacks in the bar, both lovely and surprisingly cheap. Especial thanks to the check-in team.
