Novotel London was perfect for a relaxing pretty afternoon tea for my friends birthday. Service was outstanding, our server Tom was cheerful and very happy to make sure we was had a great experience. Would definitely rebook. Thank you.
The room was a bit more spacious than expected. The hotel is reasonably close to the London Bridge train station and the Borough Markets. The room was clean and the staff at breakfast were great.
They should spend more money on upgrading the rooms. The mattresses are lousy. The pillows should be thrown in the trash very old. I had two pillows and it was like I had none. That’s how much fluff was left in them.The lobby and the hallway look really nice and cool. Smells nice. The minute you get to your room the carpet is a different color And should be upgraded to match the rest of the hotel. my room had no AC. It was very hot and I could not sleep. It was 90° during the day and that’s how it felt in my room. Staff could not do anything to help me. Nobody to maintain an air conditioning in the evening. This should’ve been done before I checked in. Very disappointing. They should really refund me my money back because I did not sleep.
