Novotel London Greenwich

The food and service were excellent. The lobby and restaurant area were also very well maintained. We had two rooms with okay furnishings. But I would have expected more from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the hygiene in the room was only acceptable but not good. The bed linens had small stains and were partially torn. The bathroom had no other amenities except for a soap dispenser. Otherwise, the bathroom was in poor condition. The grout showed signs of mold, and the shower and bathtub were chipped. There were also mold stains on the shower ceiling. The ventilation grilles in the bathroom had probably never been cleaned. A big compliment goes to the staff. They are really very friendly and very helpful.

Given an "afternoon tea"experience, firstly positives,waiter was delightful, coffee was good reasonable ambience. Negatives very mean on the sandwiches,just cucumber on brown bread,maybe amounted to one slice of white bread and one of brown,two bite size rolls. On using ladies toilets paper on the floor in most cubicles and hand towels in main area, obviously not checked . Would not recommend and wouldn't repeat for £21 each.

Hi, I sometime stay at your hotel. The location is good for my office. The hotel was probably amazing in its day. It is unfortunately quite tired. It does have all the old fashioned items in your room which is quite nice. It is clean The decor and fixtures and fittings could do with an update. I also feel the staff could be nicer. They seem to be disinterested.
