The Hotel NOVOTEL Cherry Lane is a real gem! The view from the outside is inviting, on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.I must comment on Ms. Arabella from Reception. I had a small problem and she handled it with grace, charm and professionalism...Mr. Nelson at bar was fantastic. The breakfasts were amazing, a wonderful selection, my kids loved pancake and they enjoy making it by themself's and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable especially Mr. Rahim he is a credit to your organization. Gym was good didn't get much time to spend but next this i will surely. kids playing area was amazing... and the last but not least swimming pool its Worth for your money. The location of the hotel is great, The room we had was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors to London Thank you Hotel NOVOTEL Cherry Lane for making our stay so special. Will surely visit again soon

Myself and my family were very impressed by this hotel and especially the restaurant. All the seperate dishes we ordered were absolutely delicious, well presented and delivered to us quickly. We were served by Dawid and received a first class service, he was polite, courteous and took good care of us. He was attentive to us throughout the duration of our time in the restaurant and I honestly would recommend the food and service to anyone, including young families like my own where we were made to feel at ease with our children. The restaurant also had a great ambience - perfect for a little relaxation after a frinetic day at Legoland.

Two of my friends and I were here from 17/8 until 24/8. Everything was how we wished for. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious and versatile and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Corina made us feel very welcome. She even apologized when she did not remember our room number for breakfast. We of course did not mind at all. She even brought my friend extra pieces of french toast, which had to be especially made by the chef. The pool was also perfect for the hotter days during our stay. All in all I would definitely recommend the hotel. I would say that the only downside of the hotel is the location. You'll have to go to London for a wide variety of restaurants. The restaurant food from the hotel was also very good, but was a bit limited in choice.
