I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I arrived the day before an early flight and stayed overnight. The service is great, staff are very friendly. Me and my partner had some food in the restaurant, also breakfast the next day. We also used the shuttle to the airport which was very convenient.
Hotel is very nice: perfect location if you’re flying from/to Stansted airport. It was cleaned, the room was very nice and spacious and we slept very well. There’s also a gym and a bar and restaurant so it’s very comfortable. Only weakness point was the restaurant’s food, it wasn’t great, however the staff in the restaurant was lovely. Shuttle service for the airport only costs £4 each person and it’s a very good service they provide
Me and my family spent 1 night before an early flight - hotel is well managed, with very friendly staff. Room was great - they had prepared a bed for our toddler as per our query. The park and stay package is a great value for money when travelling for a week
