The location is great, its only a 10 ish minute walk from the main areas like big ben, London eye, etc. Very practical. And the rooms were amazing, very comfy.. the only flaw is the shower. Our shower wall was a bit see through next next the beds so we had to turn away when someone showered. And there was no shower door, it didnt close it was only half a wall in the shower, so when I showered water got EVERYWHERE. But the receptionist was super nice and she helped us a lot.. and they food/drinks were lovely. And when I mentioned it was my birthday at breakfast they surprised me with a plate of chocolate/brownie, fruit, etc. I love the workers there.. super nice. And the lady came all the way down the hall just to say hello and check on us.
Excellent family-friendly hotel in the heart of London. Beautiful and safe location with access to all the main attractions. Kids loved the play room. Filtered cold water available on tap was great for filling up water bottles. Loved the free papers/magazines. Breakfast was a great mix of hot and cold food, something for everyone. Friendly and helpful staff. We had to push a little for some help with our luggage but think there were capacity issues when we arrived - quickly resolved. Thanks!
Clean and no frills. The room had everything we needed. The one we chose was spacious enough even with the Sofa converted to beds for the kids. The kid play area was small but the electronic table thing was a hit for my kids. We particularly appreciated the water refill station on each floor. Making it very environmentally friendly and easier for us to ensure we’re fully hydrated. Location was great. Very close to a hop-on-hop-off stopping point. Also easy walk to Westminter and The Parliament/Big Ben. We wish the breakfast items had more daily varieties.
