Novotel London Wembley

Fantastic stay here for work. Front desk staff from the off were super helpful and welcoming. As were all staff to be honest. Secure parking on site (paid), free WiFi, excellent breakfast and very clean and nice looking lobby and rooms. Desk with a decent chair in the room, generously sized shower, free fitness suite on level 8. Would recommend. Especially when there isn't an event on, I can imagine it will be very noisy during an event as location is really good for Wembley stadium.

Overnight stay for Oasis at Wembley. Lady on Reception was pleasant and let us check in slightly early. Room was as requested (top floor and end of corridor). Twin beds were quite narrow and shower wasn't great but they were the only negatives as far as the room was concerned. The bar is small and open to non-residents when I think residents ought to have some priority. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent and would stay again

Our stay was good. We book our breakfast ,and the food were amazing, the service was nice too. Hassan one of the staff is very accomodating and also Sree during our check-out. A lady in reception during our check-in who gave us the key needs more training on good and proper attitude towards asian guests like us. We feel not too welcome at your hotel for what she has showed us. She always stared and smiled to her collegue while I am talking to her and telling something. Me and my wife was very upset at that moment but we remained quite and calm. Her colleague is very professional and did'nt bother of what she was trying to tell or show. Our 3 days stay is really not enough especially on our last day and we feel start to love and enjoy the place.
