This was my second time staying at your hotel, and once again, I had a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I really appreciate the wide variety of breakfast options—from fresh vegetables and traditional English breakfast to cakes and fruit. It's one of the reasons I prefer staying here over other hotels in the area. Your staff continues to impress with their friendliness and professionalism. This time, I’d like to give special thanks to Waqas, who was extremely helpful during check-in when one of my colleagues had an issue with her credit card. He handled the situation with great care and even offered us two complimentary drinks during our stay, which was a lovely gesture. My colleague was so impressed by the service that she mentioned she would definitely return, even if the price is slightly higher than nearby options. Thank you again for the warm hospitality. I look forward to my next visit!

The room was clean and neat, and the hotel had a really nice vibe. I was especially impressed by a front desk staff member named Ashish ，he was super friendly and professional. He helped me check in really quickly, and when he found out I was visiting from China, he took the time to explain the hotel rules to me patiently. I felt really welcomed. Great service at the front desk and a great overall experience! I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends.
