This is a beautiful hotel with lovely, spacious rooms. The restaurant is fantastic and the service has been wonderful with friendly staff. It is easy to get to the city centre either walking or on the tram, which stops right near the hotel and is free to use. I would highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Luxembourg.
We recently hosted our school reunion in Luxembourg in June 2025 and were thoroughly impressed with the experience at Novotel Kirchberg. Our group included alumni, their partners, and children traveling from seven different European countries, making it a truly international gathering. We had reserved 12 rooms, and from the very beginning, the hotel team was efficient, accommodating, and highly professional. They offered us an excellent group rate that included breakfast, which added great value to our stay. The check-in process was seamless and well-coordinated, even with our group members arriving at various times. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfectly suited for both families and individuals. The breakfast buffet was generous and of high quality, with a wide selection of hot and cold items—including ample vegetarian options—to cater to diverse dietary preferences. What truly set the experience apart was the outstanding service. Every staff member—from the reception desk to housekeeping and the restaurant—was consistently courteous, attentive, and eager to assist. Their warm hospitality ensured that every guest felt welcome and well looked after. We are sincerely grateful to the entire Novotel Kirchberg team for helping us create lasting memories. We highly recommend this hotel for group events and family-friendly stays in Luxembourg.
Tram took me directly to the European Parliament building close by direct from the airport. Beautiful hotel with all the amenities and good customer service in all the languages spoken in Luxembourg. Rooms were very clean. I only had an issue with my shower gel dispenser but to be fair, I didn't report it. Great breakfast 🥞🍳
