We stayed twice this month. Our only comment is the A/C that was not working properly in both stays. However the front desk receptionist was able to find another apartment with a working A/C. Great costumer oriented staff.
The hotel is well suited for a short stay – ideal for a weekend trip or an overnight stop during a journey. The location and value for money are convincing, making it easy to feel comfortable. While the breakfast fell short of the usual novotel standard, it was still enjoyable and provided a pleasant start to the day.
Staff is very friendly, the pool is nice and the Restaurant for dinner is good…but the facilities in this hotel are old and the carpet, aircon, toilet, shower, doors are in a real mess and are in need to be updated/upgraded, we had 2 rooms and in both the aircon did not work at all…and this at an outside temperatur of 28°, it was like a Sauna inside the room…again the staff were really helpfull and trying their best, but nobody was able to solve the issue. The hotel was fully booked, so no room exchange was possible….will try to avoid this hotel in summer.
