Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas

We had a wonderful experience at Novotel. It’s a good, budget-friendly hotel with excellent amenities. The breakfast was of outstanding quality and offered a great variety. Housekeeping was polite and efficient, and the home service staff made us feel truly welcomed. A special mention to Sebastian at the front desk — he was incredibly informative and friendly. He guided us on how to take transit to downtown and helped us plan our tours, which made our trip even smoother. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. Great value and warm hospitality!

Our experience began with a warm welcome at reception. The staff member kindly provided all the essential information we needed, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive our room even before the official check-in time. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable temperature that was especially appreciated on such a hot day. We particularly enjoyed the spacious terrace — the perfect spot to relax and take in some fresh air. The bar near the lobby was a lovely place to unwind, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. We also made use of the hotel’s pool. While the area isn’t very large, it never felt crowded, and sipping a drink by the pool in the summertime was a true highlight of our stay. Although the hotel isn’t located right in the city centre, Bus 53 stops right at the door and takes you there directly — very convenient. Overall, I truly enjoyed the stay. What a wonderfully relaxing long weekend with you. We’ll definitely be back and can fully recommend this place.
