It was one of the nicest stay in Germany. They organized the room for us perfectly, mini bar and small gifts are very thoughtful. Thank you very much for the whole team. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfy! I could get a good sleep every night and they put the extra pillow on the top of the cupboard. You have everything you need, slipper, shampoo, condition, shower gel and body lotion. The view of the room is also very nice and clam. The breakfast is also very cool, they change the warm dish every day. Salmon portion is quite big. Big compliment to the kitchen. Just one minus point is the boil egg was hard to peel and the fruits some got very sour taste :( The pool area is also fantastic, not so crowded but you have to manage the time as they also have the swimming school class that use the pool. You can check the time in front of the elevator. The gym is also perfect for people who loves to exercise with the Maschine. They even have the fan for you in case it is too hot. The sauna area and the girl who takes care of it also very nice and peaceful. The location is also perfect, just 10-15 mins walk to the old city by the shortcut way and the beer brewery and restaurant is also near by. I would rate this hotel 10 stars for this hotel!
The hotel is well located near the city center, easy accessible from the local transport network. From the hotel you can easy reach the railway station for one day visit to Wiesbaden. The room is in very good conditions (except the well aged furniture), the bed is extremely comfortable, the bathroom with shower and WC is maintained clean by the cleaning personnel everyday. The breakfast includes a wide variety of options and the breakfast hall provides access to a quiet inner garden/courtyard.
This is an old hotel. The rooms are old and very dusty. Bring a UV torch, the level of invisible stains on the bedroom carpet will make you feel sick. The bathroom is very basic, shower over the bath. There is no evening restaurant service. Staff are pleasant and helpful, and the location is very good, 10mins walk to central Mainz.
