We stayed at Novotel Thakher Makkah Hotel for eight days and had a wonderful experience. The location is very close to Mecca, making it super convenient. Breakfast was amazing each morning, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our only suggestion would be to have shuttle buses to Mecca run every 30 minutes to make transportation even more convenient. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
Wonderful experience at Novotel Thakher Makkah We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The restaurant was truly outstanding — every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and the buffet was always fresh, varied, and very clean. You could taste the quality. A big thank you to Malik, who served with a warm smile and genuine hospitality every single time. He made our experience even better. Highly recommended, and we’d love to return.
While the beautiful apartment design and comfortable living space were a definite plus, the slow reception and inconsistent housekeeping prevented me from giving a higher rating. If these service issues are addressed, the Novotel Residences Makkah has the potential to be a truly outstanding place to stay. For now, it's a good option, but one that comes with a few caveats.
