Novotel Marina Sriracha

I'm very happy every time I spend time here. All staffs are ready to service with smile. Especially this time "Shark" the staff I met since I ask about the room rate till I met him at the lounge. His service touches my mind and my family. He remembers everything we like. His care makes us want to be back here again. He served the drinks that we gonna ask even we don't tell anything. We are very appreciated his service. We'll be back again for sure.

Everything are improve since last two months. Staffs are active to service and solve everything as much as they can. Restaurant is improve to serve and present more menu. Breakfast has special menu and improve decoration. Taste is better (depend on each personal favorite tasteful). Club lounge change position of bar to has more space of foods that is feel better when high occupancy period. Staffs in club lounge are energize to service during afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Overall service I feel is better than the last time I have stayed last three months ago.

This hotel offers great views from the rooms, both of the sea and the mountains. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with standard amenities. The bathroom is also large, featuring a rain shower, and the shower glass allows you to enjoy the outside view while bathing. The breakfast area has an open, airy view, and although the food variety is limited, the taste is acceptable. There is a reasonable amount of parking available in the basement. However, one downside to note: guests should be cautious with their valuables. If leaving the room, it’s recommended to either take them along or store them in the safe.
