Novotel Marne Vallee Collegien

We arrived late after visiting Disneyland. The staff was really welcoming as we were very tired. Great, very clean rooms, great bed and the bathroom was nice. Would recommend to anybody travelling to that area / after visiting Disneyland (just a 15 mins drive)

Our stay at Novotel Marne-la-Vallée Collégien had both positive and negative moments. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit. However, the room (228) was quite warm, and we encountered an issue with a clogged shower in the bathroom. After reporting the problem to reception, we were promptly given access to another room to take a shower. Within an hour, maintenance arrived to fix the issue, which we appreciated. As a gesture of goodwill, we received 1,000 points on my Accor account, and the manager kindly offered us a room upgrade for our next stay. We’re planning to return next week and hope to be welcomed just as warmly, with a more comfortable room and a smoother overall experience. Despite the inconvenience, we still love the hotel and would be happy to return. We remain confident in the quality of service at Novotel Marne-la-Vallée Collégien.

I’m very happy and it was a real pleasure to spend a night in this hotel. The only thing I would suggest improving is the number of deckchairs. It would be great to add more. They don’t necessarily have to be placed right next to the swimming pool, as space is limited there, but the courtyard has plenty of room and is close enough to the pool.
